A2Zero Week Mindfulness Hike Wednesday, June 3, 3:00 - 4:30 PM County Farm Park—-Meet at the park entrance on Platt Road
Spring is in full bloom—nature at its most vibrant. Join naturalist Elle Bogle and mindfulness instructor Julie Woodward for a guided hike at County Farm Park. Blending forest bathing with naturalist insight, this experience invites you to slow down, engage your senses, and discover the beauty and rhythms of the season. Reconnect with the simple joy of being immersed in nature.
Hike takes place at a moderate pace for 1-2 miles total. Hikers come prepared and dressed for the weather.
Facilitators: Elle Bogle, naturalist, and Julie Woodward, mindful yoga teacher and wellness coach.
