Mindful Nature Hike: In celebration of A2Zero Week

Meet at the Park Entrance at 1827 Geddes, Ann Arbor, 48104

Open to the newness of the spring season through this afternoon of meditation and guided reflection practice. Experience yourself in relationship with nature and explore how the knowing you find here guides you in your life.

The Vernal, or Spring, Equinox signals the end of Winter and the beginning of Spring in the northern hemisphere. We begin to shift from the quiet, introspective focus of winter, to a more outwardly engaged, energetic feeling of spring. Join us for a mindful sensory hike and explore what is beginning to shift in you, and what you are opening to this spring.

Join us to explore yourself, your community, and the beauty of the season.

Facilitators: Elle Bogle, naturalist, and Julie Woodward, mindful yoga teacher and wellness coach.

Pre-registration is required. Register at wildwander.org‍ ‍

Fee-$10. Payment may be made via Venmo @ElleBogle, last four 1494.
