Join us in a guided mindfulness workshop designed to help you cultivate calm and steadiness. Learn simple practices to slow down, regulate your nervous system, and respond with clarity.

This interactive, hands on, experiential session will provide participants with a series of guided meditations designed to offer community members a skill, a practice, and an experience of feeling greater inner calm-no matter what challenges we face in our individual and/or collective lives.

This series of five, 5-minute guided meditations, will each be followed by a 5-minute group discussion. The guided meditations include: 1) How to Rate your Stress Level
