Yoga For Resilience Class

meets In-Person , Drop-Ins Welcome

Join us for this weekly yoga posture, breath, and meditation practice. Each class consists of a well rounded practice designed to strengthen, align and balance the body/mind while cultivating greater resilience and self-awareness. Suitable for all levels, Yoga for Resilience classes are gentle and include yoga poses modified to suit individual needs. Join us to experience powerful practices for regulating the nervous system, grounding practices to calm anxiety, and energizing practices to lift a low mood.
