Yoga movement, breath and mindfulness meditation practices, as well as the practices supported by the findings of modern neuroscience, to support you in healing and living your greatest potential.

A deeper dive into embodied practices and inquiry to support conscious habit change, emotional processing, integration, clarity of purpose and inspired action.

Deepening Embodied Resilience is a good fit for those who:

*Experience a sense of being blocked or stuck in your life, perhaps you have tried other approaches to healing with partial success and feel drawn to try an embodied approach to greater wellbeing.
