Your Path to Wholeness
The 16-week Embodied Resilience program is a holistic approach to personal growth and healing. This mind-body-spirit practice-based program engages the full range of our capacities as human, embodied, spiritual beings. The program draws upon the ancient practices of yoga and mindfulness and the findings of modern neuroscience and psychology and supports you in integrating new awareness and insights through guided inquiry reflection questions.

Throughout this 16-week experience, you will be guided and empowered to:
Establish a regular, embodied mindfulness practice, individualized to suit you.
Create a foundation of physical/mental calm through embodied practices
Regulate your nervous system
Change your brain by changing your mind with evidence-based practices
Cultivate awareness and skill in working with your mind through Mindfulness-Based Cognitive practices.
Understand and release conditioned patterns of thought and behavior
Heal UCS patterns
Hear inner wisdom, and follow inner guidance
Re-connect with the wisdom of nature
Explore pathways to wider consciousness
Walk your insights into your daily life
You may re-enroll in the program to further consolidate your practices and expand your growth.
Who is this program for?
Do you sense a potential within you that longs to be expressed but you don’t know quite how to do that? Does your intuition, heart, soul call to you with a dream you want to realize but you feel frustrated, blocked by self-limiting patterns, stress, worry, sadness? This program is not a substitute for psychotherapy or psychiatric care but can be a supportive adjunct to therapy. The Embodied Resilience Program can help you establish the foundation for healing you need through embodied practices that regulate the nervous system. This program is not right for you if you are currently experiencing as mental health crisis and are not engaged in the psychotherapeutic or psychiatric treatment you need.
