As a certified coach, and mindfulness and yoga teacher, I specialize in integrative, mind-body approaches to health and wellbeing. The coaching programs, yoga classes, and mindfulness hikes I offer draw upon the ancient practices of yoga and meditation, as well as the findings of modern neuroscience and psychology, to offer you the structure, guidance, and practices you need to to feel more peaceful within, to connect with your inner wisdom, and to create your path to wholeness and wellbeing.
